2. Eligibility

3. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Universal Factory Direct are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

• All orders require a signed contract and a deposit before materials are ordered.
• Full payment is due upon installation or as outlined in your agreement.
• We accept [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, check, financing options].
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of the signed agreement for a full refund.
• After that, cancellations may be subject to restocking fees and non-refundable material costs.
• Custom or special-order items are non-refundable once production has started.

6. Installation

• Clients must ensure that work areas are accessible and clear on installation day.
• We are not responsible for delays due to third-party contractors or unprepared job sites.
• Any issues discovered during installation that require additional work will be discussed and billed accordingly.

7. Warranty

• Manufacturer warranties apply for products and materials, subject to their terms.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, or alterations not performed by us.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Universal Factory Direct and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
